📦 Shipping & Inclusion Guidelines

Thank you for trusting Never Forgotten with your cherished keepsake. Below is everything you need to know to safely send your inclusions and receive your custom piece with ease and care.

🔁 Sending Your Inclusions

• Shipping costs for inclusions are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please email your tracking number and order number to: 📧 neverforgotten1977@hotmail.com Include the order number in the subject line for clarity.

When mailing your inclusion:

• Use a bubble mailer and send via Priority Shipping (preferred) or  First Class Mail (both includes tracking).

• Include a small slip of paper inside with your full name and order number.

🍼 Breastmilk Instructions

• Send 10 mL of breastmilk (room temperature or frozen—thawing during transit is perfectly fine).

• Double-bag using breastmilk storage bags or a sealed and leakproof storage container. ✖️ No ziplock bags please. 

⚱️ Cremation Ashes Instructions

• Send 1-2 teaspoon of cremation ashes for jewelry and 2 teaspoons for keepsakes.

• Place ashes in two ziplock-style bags (double-bagged) or in a sealed and leakproof container.

• Please do not use tape.

• Any unused ashes will be carefully returned to you.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping Only

Completed keepsakes are shipped anywhere in the United States via Priority Mail (1–3 day delivery with tracking). Due to international regulations, we do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.
