Each Never Forgotten piece is custom-crafted with your personal inclusions, such as cremation ashes, breastmilk, hair, or other cherished materials. Because these items hold deep emotional significance and are entirely unique, returns are not offered.

That said, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to me. If your item arrives with a defect or issue, please reach out within 10 days of receiving it, and I will do my best to make it right.

Please understand:

• Every inclusion—ashes, hair, breastmilk—has its own natural variation.

• Resin work is highly artistic, and every creation is handmade.

• Slight differences from example pieces are expected, but your piece will be crafted to closely resemble the design we agreed upon.
